Daily Inspection: Before each day’s operation, the operator should conduct a comprehensive inspection. Key areas include checking the hydraulic system oil level and quality to ensure there are no leaks or contamination; checking tire pressure and wear to prevent accidents caused by the complex underground terrain; and verifying the sensitivity of the braking system and steering mechanism to ensure safe operation. Simultaneously, clean dust from the equipment surface to prevent accumulation that could affect heat dissipation.
Regular Maintenance: Conduct in-depth maintenance every 500 operating hours or monthly. Replace hydraulic oil and filters to prevent impurities from clogging the system; lubricate the drive shaft and joint components to reduce wear; and inspect electrical wiring and explosion-proof devices to ensure safe operation in flammable environments. In addition, a comprehensive overhaul of the engine and transmission should be performed at least annually to extend the lifespan of core components.
Operating Procedures: Avoid forceful operation of the bucket during operation to prevent mechanical impact damage; maintain a safe distance in narrow tunnels to reduce the risk of collisions. Maintenance records should be meticulously archived to facilitate tracking of equipment status.
Through systematic maintenance, the reliability and operating efficiency of the loader can be significantly improved, reducing the failure rate and providing a solid guarantee for safe mining production.
