Wheel Loader Daily Inspection and Maintenance Checklist

I. Pre-Operation Inspection (approximately 5-10 minutes)

External Visual Inspection: Check tire pressure and appearance for damage, remove stones from tire treads; observe the machine body for any obvious oil or water leaks; check that lights and horn are functioning correctly.

Fluids and Key Components: Confirm that engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, and brake fluid levels are normal; check the tension and condition of the fan belt.

Cab Preparation: Test that all gauges, control levers, pedals, and braking system functions are working properly.

II. In-Operation Monitoring

Pay attention to instrument panel indicators and listen for any unusual noises from the engine and transmission system.

Observe whether the equipment is running smoothly, and whether steering and braking are responsive and effective.

Operate according to standard procedures, avoid overloading and impact operations, and stop the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormalities are detected.

III. Post-Operation Maintenance and Handover

Clean the machine body, focusing on cleaning debris from the radiator and air filter.

Perform a walk-around inspection to check for any newly appearing looseness, leaks, or damage.

Lubricate all hinge points of the bucket and drive shaft.

Park the vehicle in a flat and safe area, lower the bucket to the ground, and turn off the power.

Carefully fill out the equipment operation and inspection record.

Summary: Strictly following the standardized procedures of “pre-operation inspection, in-operation monitoring, and post-operation maintenance” is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the wheel loader and extending its service life.
